DURAVOLTA is a newly developed, halogenfree, and flame-retardant polypropylene, made in Germany. It offers an ideal alternative to well-known materials such as Formex GK, Formex GK-10 , Formex GK-17, Formex GK-30, and Formex GK-40.

Additionally, we offer sheet goods up to 100 mm thick, roll goods up to 0.72 mm thick, as well as granulate and finished parts (stamped, milled, and thermoformed parts).

DURAVOLTA is mainly supplied as rolls and sheets and can be easily converted into 2D and 3D finished parts

The processing options include

Punching/Cutting:

  • Flatbed or rotary punching

Bending/Folding:

  • Manual bending after pre-embossed bend lines
  • Manual or hydraulic folding presses
